Baby L was such a sweet little boy. He was not too happy with having his pictures taken though. Come to find out, he was only grumpy because he was having an allergic reaction to a medicine his mom was taking. Poor little guy. We still got some good shots though.

Baby B

Baby B was born while I was on vacation. I was very anxious to get back home and meet her.  I also couldn't wait to use my new backdrop and canopy that I made, and a few of my new girly props.  She is such a sweet and beautiful baby!

Baby M

This adorable baby girl was just nine days old at our session.  She was such sweet and patient baby.  These first pictures are of her in her blessing dress that was handmade by a family member.  Isn't it beautiful?

Spring is Here!

Spring is definitely here! Everything is beautiful, here in Texas. The wildflowers are in bloom and everything is green.  It is the perfect time for pictures!  Here is the B family kiddos, all decked out in their adorable Easter outfits (bowties & skirt handmade by Mom).

And since Ms. N turned eight last month, we thought that we would get some shots in her beautiful baptismal dress. 

It also was Mr. W's first birthday! I can't believe it has already been a year! 

J is turning ONE!

I can't believe this sweet little girl is already turning one!  It really seems like it was just a few months ago that I was taking her newborn pictures!

New

This sweet little boy was brand new at thirteen days old. He was also my first photoshoot with my brand new camera! I think I'm in love... with Baby B and the camera!

Before I dive into blogging family sessions, I wanted to share a few pictures of my second newest nephew that was born before Halloween.

Mr. W

I can't believe that Mr. W is already 6 months old! It really seemed like it was yesterday that I was visiting him in the NICU. Now, he is a little boy with gorgeous blue eyes and always full of smiles!

Baby Blue

I really had a great time with this newborn session. I love it when I get to shoot on-location at the baby's new home. You find all sorts of fun props that actually have some sentimental meaning to the family. In this case, we used the cowboy boots that belonged to his great grandfather and his daddy's old skateboard.  I also brought a few of my own props like my new scale that my my dear friend found at a yard sale.  Love it!
